I am anticipating enjoying leftover turkey for a couple days so I have asked Monks BBQ for his secret RAZ sauce made with Corcoran's Raspberry Merlot style "RAZ" wine. This sauce is great on pulled turkey or beef ... enjoy!!1 bottle Corcoran RAZ
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup worcestershire
1/3 cup Monk's BBQ Pork Rub
