Harvest has "officially" begun!!

Where will you find me these days ... yes, inside a tank cleaning and prepping for grapes.  When it comes to making wine & hard cider, I will ferment and age most white wine grapes and apples in my large stainless steel tanks which are temperature controlled to maintain optimal fruit flavors.  Come and see what I am crushing next ...
